Other Terms and Conditions

1. You agree to pay Dain Wines the fees relating to products purchased by you.
2. You are responsible for paying any and all applicable taxes and shipping costs.
3. Dain Wines does not accept returns or exchanges of products purchased. However, if there is any material problem with transport/shipping, please notify us immediately so we can submit a claim with the carrier. Any exchanges due to mishandling will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
4. WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD, AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM YOUR WINE WILL BE DELIVERED IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When wine is delivered, the person accepting delivery will be required to show identification that he or she is at least 21 years old.
